Terms of Use of the dt-report Dashboard
Welcome to the dt-report dashboard!
As a cooperation partner of dt-report, the dashboard provides you with exclusive access to dt-report data. Using various filter options, you can view the responses of specific user groups of dt-report participants. Please read our terms of use before using the dashboard.
- Use
The use of the dt-report dashboard is exclusively reserved for our cooperation partners. A list of cooperation partners can be found on the website https://dt-report.de/kooperationspartner/. Persons who are not employed by a cooperation partner or do not act in a function of a cooperation partner may not use the dashboard.
- Purpose of Use
The dt-report data provided in the PowerBI dashboard is intended exclusively for internal purposes and, to a limited extent (see point 4), for external (advertising) purposes of the respective cooperation partner. The data may be used to gain general insights and to make general advertising statements. Furthermore, the data may be used to gain specific insights about a specific user group of the participants. Each cooperation partner also receives the opportunity to filter the data for a user group assigned to them by diateam, if this assignment is possible and makes sense. The assignment is exclusively for a user group with a direct relationship to the cooperation partner (e.g. member, customer, use of a diabetes technology of the cooperation partner) and expressly does not include the possibility to access the data of a user group of a single, other cooperation partner.
- Obligations of the Cooperation Partner
If a cooperation partner accidentally has the possibility to filter the data for a user group of another cooperation partner, the cooperation partner who notices this has the obligation to report this to diateam GmbH at info@diateam.de.
- Prohibition of Comparative Presentation
It is expressly prohibited to use the provided data to create comparative analyses or presentations that aim at a direct or indirect comparison with other cooperation partners or other pharmaceutical or medical technology companies active in the diabetes field. In particular, dt-report data may not be used to:
a) Develop campaigns that directly or indirectly aim at a comparison with other cooperation partners or other companies.
b) Make statements that could disadvantage other cooperation partners or other companies based on the data obtained via the dashboards
c) Publish competitive analyses or reports that have comparative data from the dashboard as a basis.
- Confidentiality
The provided data is to be treated confidentially and may not be passed on to third parties in its entirety. It is prohibited to extract raw data from the dashboard in any form, pass it on to third parties or integrate it into other systems. The provided data may be fully viewed and used within the organization of the respective cooperation partner without restriction. A transfer of the login to other persons outside the own organization or company is not permitted.
- Disclaimer
The provision of the data in the dashboard is without guarantee for the correctness, completeness or topicality. The operator of the dashboard assumes no liability for direct or indirect damages that arise through the use of the provided data. The operator of the dashboard can expressly not be held responsible for results, consequences or damages that have arisen through violation of point 4 of these terms of use and assumes no liability for this.
- Consent and Compliance
By using the PowerBI dashboard, the cooperation partner agrees to these terms of use and undertakes to comply with them. In case of violation, diateam GmbH reserves the right to restrict or withdraw the cooperation partner’s access to the dashboard. diateam GmbH also reserves the right to adapt these terms of use if necessary. The cooperation partners will be informed about changes in good time, and the further use of the dashboard requires the consent to the updated conditions.
- Data protection
The processing of personal data in connection with the use of the dashboard takes place in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations. Further information can be found in our privacy policy at https://dt-report.de/datenschutz/.
